Return & Refund Policy

CUSTOMERS IN EUROPE
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
1. Email us at contact@brzlywear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
If you change your mind, you pay the cost of returning the item. If we made a mistake (wrong item, wrong size, defective or damaged item), we pay the return shipping.
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price, and the standard delivery cost you paid, to your original payment method within 14 days.

CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED STATES AND OUTSIDE EUROPE
Because of the cost and distance of international returns, we do not accept returns for change of mind on orders shipped outside Europe.
If we made a mistake (wrong item, wrong size, or a defective or damaged item), contact us at contact@brzlywear.com within [7] days of delivery with photos. Depending on the case, we will either send you a replacement or refund you. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.
