Where we ship
We ship to countries in Europe and to the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days. You will receive an email when your order ships, with tracking information when available.

Delivery times (after dispatch)
- Europe: 10–15 days
- United States: 15–20 days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen with carriers or customs.

Shipping costs
- Europe: free standard shipping on all orders.
- United States: shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes
Your parcel may ship from outside your country. Import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless stated at checkout. [Check how your Shopify settings handle this.]

Incorrect address
Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge the cost of sending it again.

Lost or damaged parcels
